A Special night ~ Aug. 24th, we will have a
FULL MOON yoga class in place of the
Power/Yin and Community classes. This
special class will be led by Ali _ DT, 5:30 PM
and followed with Ali and friends for a heart-
filled, joyous kirtan _ 7 PM (donation based)!
Singing with others is an excellent way to
relieve stress, quiet the mind and expand the
voice. Donation based. 7:30 PM.
